OPENING TIMES
- Gates will be open for 24hrs from 5pm Wednesday October 8th through to Monday October 13th.
- Access can be granted at any time throughout this period upon provision of an appropriate Event ticket.
ON ENTRY
Following last years changes to access conditions, certain safety and security measures will still be in place.
- As patrons enter the precinct they will be fitted with a particular coloured wristband showing whether that person is over or under 18 years of age.
- Valid identification must be provided on entry to acquire an 18 + wristband. If it cannot be provided patrons will receive the coloured wristband that indicates they are a minor.
- Children aged 12 and under are not required to wear a wristband.
- Wristbands must be worn for the duration of the event and have been designed for long term wear.
COMING & GOING
- Wristbands will also act as a pass out from the event precinct.
- In order to come back into the event patrons must have a valid ticket and be wearing their wristband.
- If a patron's wristband become damaged or broken they should bring the whole damaged band to an entry point with identification and ticket to receive a new band which will be fitted on the patron's wrist at that time.
Accreditation that is exempt from having to wear an identification wristband:
- All V8 Supercar Championship and Fujitsu Series Hard Cards (Paddock, Pit Lane, Media, Media Round, VIP and Access All Areas)
- Trade Passes
- Competitor Passes
- Officials
- Volunteers
- Host Broadcaster
